I have been offered a N/H 1720 4wd, 5' N/H Loader, & box grader for $12,000.It has 70 hrs. on it and has been garaged. It has the metal engine covers (optional?) A friend has it so I know how it's been taken care of. I believe it to be one year old. Is this a fair price?

Looked at one less than 3 months ago at the dealer. Price out the door with loader would have been about $14,000 so $12,000 with loader and box with 70 hours sounds good. ....
